Truck North Is Back!

Fans of The Legendary Roots Crew may recognize the name Truck North. He appeared on the critically acclaimed "Rising Down" in 2008. His verse on "Criminal" was absolutely dope and I remember hoping that I would hear more from this kid in the future. Any rapper being raised by The Roots is going to be a good one, and Truck North makes that point known. Here he is with his debut mixtape, "Truck Jewels," courtesy of OkayPlayer. Ironically enough, his track with Wale is the best one of the mixtape, and they both appeared on "Rising Down." Two amazing, young emcees making 2009 their own. You have to love it.
